EMBROIDERY INFORMATION
 
You're special, so show it!  Monogram your selected lab coat(s) with SCRIPT or BLOCK lettering.  You will have your choice of thread color for basic lettering of names, titles, etc. (see below for embroidery pricing PER ITEM).  Call 1-866-665-2628 or 301-698-2790 for embroidery options.
 
Your company logo can be digitized for a ONE-TIME FEE and it will then be held on file for future orders.  A MINIMUM digitization fee of $75.00 for a company logo will be due before digitizing services are performed.  This non-refundable fee can be charged on a major credit card that we accept.  Additional charges may occur, depending upon the complexity of your logo.  A sample sew out of your logo will be scanned and e-mailed to you for approval before embroidery production begins.
 
All company logos can be sent in BITMAP (.bmp) or JPEG (.jpeg) formats and e-mailed to labcoats@comcast.net or faxed to 301-698-4664.  Please include your phone number and e-mail address and we will contact you for further information to complete you order.

EMBROIDERY FEES 
  • 1st embroidered line is $5.00 PER ITEM (lab coat, scrubs, etc)
  • Each additional embroidered line is $3.00 PER ITEM (lab coat, scrubs, etc)
  • Embroidered logos will be charged separately PER ITEM (lab coat, scrubs, etc) and will be based on the stitch count of the logo
  • Minimum digitizing fee for all logos is $75.00 (additional charges may occur)
NOTE
 
Our shopping cart does not calculate each item separately for embroidery lines.
 
Please be advised that your credit card will be charged PER ITEM for embroidery lines and these charges (see above) will be shown on your shipment invoice.  If there is any change in your on-line order receipt concerning the embroidery options, you will either be called or be sent an 
e-mail explaining those changes.
 
If you have several items to be embroidered, each with different names, etc., please write them down in the information block by style, color, or size of each lab coat.  Please indicate the desired thread color for each lab coat, and block or script embroidery for each lab coat. 
 
Your credit card will be charged for embroidery options and items when they are shipped. If any items you selected are on backorder, your credit card will not be charged until they are in stock and shipped to you.
